Nicole Hosking
Hi, I'm Nicole, the face behind VirtuEase Admin Solutions.
My background is in administration, with over 20 years of experience working across a range of roles, predominantly in the legal industry. From legal secretary and executive assistant positions through to practice management, I've gained a wealth of experience and a good understanding of what goes on behind the scenes to keep a business running.
In 2024, I decided to put that experience to use in a different way and started VirtuEase Admin Solutions. I wanted to offer businesses access to experienced administrative support without necessarily needing someone in the office or committing to an additional employee.
One of the things I love about running VirtuEase is the variety of businesses and people I get to work with. No two businesses are the same, and I enjoy learning how each one operates and finding the best ways to assist.
I work directly with my clients, whether that's taking care of regular administrative tasks, helping with a particular project or stepping in when workloads increase. My aim is to build strong working relationships and become a familiar, dependable part of their team.
For me, good communication, attention to detail and building genuine working relationships are just as important as getting the job done. I take pride in the work I do and want my clients to feel confident knowing their administration is in good hands.
